Knutsford Road near the Town Centre (WA4 1AB).
🟢 When are the training sessions?
Sessions are available 7 days a week, between 5:00 AM and 9:00 PM, depending on availability.
🟢 How long is each session?
Each training session lasts 55 minutes.
🟢 What are the prices?
Prices start from £37.50 per week.
🟢 Do I need to be fit already?
Not at all every plan is tailored to your current fitness level, whether you're a total beginner or returning after a break.
